Terence Miselo writes

Humanitarian and model consultant Sphiwe Benasho joined hands with businessman Mr Younus Essa under Save Lives Foundation to create a memorable Easter for children at the Home of David and Faith Orphanage on Saturday. Working together with other well-wishers, Save Lives Foundation donated to the orphaned children a consortium of goods including mattresses and food worth K18,000. They later shared lunch with the children insisting that the Easter period was a time of showing love and sharing. Speaking during the event held at Home of David and Faith Orphanage in Lusaka’s Kamwala South, Sphiwe Benasho said the motivation to celebrate Easter with the vulnerable children came with the fact that she is an orphan herself. She explained that Save Lives Foundation is an organization that seeks to help the vulnerable in society. She thanked all the well wishers that made numerous contributions to see that the children at the orphanage have a decent Easter. And Mr Essa thanked his fellow sponsors for coming up with the initiative to reach out to the underprivileged. He named some of the partners in Save Lives Foundation as Anjali Mittal, Mrs Kushi Patel, Mr Mayank Mittal and Ms Nafisa Dalal.
