THE popular annual entertainment and fashion event Lusaka July, organised by PR Girls Media has been moved to September 5, owing to the rise in the country’s Covid-19 cases.
The show that was earlier and ideally planned to take place on July 25 will now be in September.
PR Girls Media announced this change through Lusaka July Ambassador His Worship the Mayor of Lusaka Miles Sampa at a press briefing held in Lusaka.
Mayor Sampa was named Lusaka July Ambassador a few weeks back and he was categorical in stating that the postponedment was purely to help respond to the Covid-19 precautions.
PR Girls Media advised fans and partrons to hold on to their tickets and fashion outfits for an even better and unique Lusaka July in September.
This year’s Lusaka July has a yellow fashion theme, dubbed ‘ Polo in Yellow’.
The event is set to be graced by radio and TV personality Mutale Mwanza.
The show will take place in Lusaka at the Polo Grounds
