AS countries worldwide are adapting to the new normal of conducting business amid the outbreak of the Covid-19, the tourism sector in Zambia has started opening up.
In line with Government guidelines, the Urban Hotel Ndola has re-opened to the public and is now accepting bookings.
Urban Group Sales and Marketing Manager, Muka Salare, said the safety and wellbeing of guests, colleagues, their families and the nation at large was on top priority.
Ms Salare said the Group had implemented social distancing and additional hygiene measures in line with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and World Health Organisation (WHO) Health and Safety guidelines.
“When on site please refer to our health and safety protocol guidelines available at our reception desk. We are looking forward to welcoming you with our smiling eyes as we mask up,” she said.
