ABOUT 150 representatives from various sports clubs will soon attend governance workshops organized by the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ).
FAZ general secretary Adrian Kashala said former FIFA Southern Africa development officer Ashford Mamelodi was scheduled to conduct the workshops with Super Division and Division One club representatives.
In a statement, Kashala said that participants had been invited from Super Division and Division One teams from Lusaka, Central, Southern, Western and Eastern provinces for the first workshop,
while the second workshop will be held for representatives from Copperbelt, North-Western, Luapula, Muchinga and Northern provinces.
He further said that FAZ Secretariat staff would also have theirs.. “Governance skills will ensure clubs administration and fair play is at the foundation of Zambian football,” “The workshop will equip football administrators with practical knowledge in team management, conflict resolution, corporate governance and communication skills,” he said
